Gratitude, the cure for the blues.

Being grateful is the best medicine there is. It cures depression among many other things.

Gratitude lifts you up!

It creates joy, hope and compassion. And there are no negative side effects.

If you build your gratitude muscles, your life will improve tremendously. Just take a look around you. Miserable people are like that because of their attitude.

Circumstances do not determine your mood. You do!

Change your mood and your circumstances will change!

I begin and end my days stating 3 things that I’m grateful for in the last 24 hours.

Since I began with this ritual, my life became simply awesome!
